About the Role

The District Planning Officer will contribute to the development of strategic, clinical and business planning functions of the Mid North Coast Local Health District to enable sustainable healthcare systems that meet the needs of the community. This includes:

  • Managing, coordinating and undertaking all aspects of strategic, clinical service, business and facility planning with a focus on health service development.
  • Contributing to business planning and reporting on the MNCLHD Ministry of Health Performance Agreement in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Providing strategic and professional advice to senior managers and the executive for the development and delivery of health services.
