Overview

A/Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Temporary full-time until July 2027, with the creation of a talent pool. Parramatta office location (3 days per week onsite) with flexibility for other NSW locations. Salary relative to experience and ranges from $115,853 - $130,547 + super.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of public infrastructure projects for NSW.
  • Temporary full-time until July 2027, as well as the creation of a talent pool.
  • Parramatta office location (3 days p/w onsite); flexible for other NSW locations.
  • Assist in the negotiation, preparation and administration of State planning agreements for the provision of public infrastructure by reviewing proposals initiated by landholders and coordinating with authorities to ensure required infrastructure is available where projects are implemented.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to prepare strategic and/or detailed infrastructure plans and associated funding arrangements to support growth, and contribute to high quality work on a wide range of strategic infrastructure planning matters, including written reports and advice to Government.
Essential requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications (e.g., engineering, economics, urban planning, land surveying, project management, construction management) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
