All Degrees is a family business based in Perth. We focus on clean, high quality work that we can stand behind. Our team is young, motivated and growing fast. We are now looking for a Lead Installer who is confident with reverse cycle split systems and ducted installations.

What the role involves

  • Installing ducted and split systems from start to finish
  • Running copper, run & tape duct, install drain
  • Pressure testing, evacuating and commissioning
  • Liaising with clients on site and delivering a great experience
  • Overseeing job quality and guiding apprentices when needed
  • Keeping your installs clean, safe and efficient

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of jobs and represent the All Degrees brand on site.


What we are looking for

  • Trade qualified refrigeration and air conditioning technician
  • Must hold a Certificate III qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning
  • Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
  • Comfortable with both ducted and split system installs
  • Confident working independently and leading a job
  • Manual WA driver's licence
  • ARCtick licence
  • Takes pride in a professional finish
  • Good with clients and values customer satisfaction
  • Experience working with or mentoring apprentices is a bonus
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
