You will have 1+ years' administration experience gained from a professional services or financial services environment.
Your role
Working as an integral part of the Finance team, your role will manage the Finance Group Helpdesk and ensure effective and efficient service and operational delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Finance Group and assist members of the firm with queries
- Sort and distribute mail
- Electronic archiving of matters.
- Process journals and other transactions
- Process adjustments and write offs
- Client set up
- Contribute to continuous improvement to support enhancements in service and operational delivery
- Assist with duties across financial reporting, trust accounting and general administration as required
- Assist the Accounts Supervisor as required
- Prepare & provide internal reports
