We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation program within a leading financial institution. This role is ideal for someone with strong domain knowledge in banking and proven experience working across merchant services.

You will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across merchant-related initiatives, including payment platforms, customer experience enhancements, and operational process improvements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for merchant-related projects
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams
  • Support testing, change management, and implementation activities

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  • MUST HAVE Strong understanding of merchant services, payments, or POS systems
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
