About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join an established machinery hire company based in Oxley. This is a short-term temporary assignment, perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate moving parts in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for scheduling equipment, managing bookings, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule excavator and equipment hire across multiple job sites
  • Liaise with clients, drivers, and the operations team to confirm bookings
  • Manage changes and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and availability

About You

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, or administration highly regarded (but not essential)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Available immediately for a short-term temp assignment
