As the BPI Team Leader, you'll lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate processes, improve data integrity, and improve the ways our teams in fundraising and supporter engagement function. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions that make a direct and tangible impact on organisational performance.

You will also provide leadership to a small team responsible for core administrative functions such as donation processing and CRM data management - ensuring accuracy and consistency while empowering the team to adopt smarter ways of working.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that optimise CRM systems and related processes.
  • Oversee accurate documentation of processes and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
  • Provide guidance and development to the BPI team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs, budgets, and service standards, ensuring timely reporting and measurable outcomes.
  • Uphold privacy and safeguarding standards in all aspects of data handling and supporter engagement.

  • A base salary of $98,535.26 plus superannuation, superior leave benefits and access to a generous not-for-profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax-free).
  • The opportunity to use your talents and expertise to make a positive impact around the world.
  • We value flexibility and seek to support our people to work in ways that meet their work/life commitments and support their wellbeing.
