SSA are working with a leading MEP Contractor seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane.

About the Role:In this role, you'll oversee the full project management lifecycle—from the handover by the Estimation team through to the defects liability period and beyond. Working closely with your Site Lead, you'll ensure projects are thoroughly planned and delivered seamlessly.

You'll need the ability—and drive—to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing efficiency with technical proficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and confidence with digital tools are essential. While you'll operate with autonomy, you'll follow established processes (experience with Simpro and a solid grasp of project financials and reporting is required). A high level of self-awareness and humility will help you recognize when support is needed and seek assistance without hesitation.

Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor is a must, ideally with 4–5+ years post-trade qualification on the tools, followed by several years as a Project Manager. You should bring a proven track record of delivering commercial construction and fit-out projects valued between $300k and $5M.
