What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in successfully and profitably managing commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in all aspects

· Expertise in safety and compliance standardsto ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and maintain the highest safety standards

· Strong tendering skillsto effectively secure new work and expand our project portfolio

· Strong negotiation skills to service our existing clients and introduce new clients

· Proven ability to successfully manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously

· Experience in project-related financials including contract administration, cash flow forecasting, cost to complete, and monthly progress claims processes

· Management of scope changes and costings including preparation and submission of variation requests and documented approvals with clients

· Management of labour forecasting and resource managementto ensure profitable project delivery

· Proficiency in reporting project status, including cash flow forecasting, cost to complete, and labour forecasting, together with preparing project claims

· Consistently reliable, with strong accountability skills

· Communication skills to motivate and inspire staff in various teams and ensure performance and company standards are always upheld

· Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with a highly organised approach

· Current Qld Electrical Licence
