Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a respectful and inclusive workplace that celebrates our people, our community, and our wine, hospitality, and cultural tourism industry.

Considered one of the Mornington Peninsula's most exclusive cellar door experiences, our team pride themselves on being able to share the unique stories that centre around the property, the vineyard, and the winemaking skills over many vintages.

About the Role:

  • The Pt. Leo Estate Cellar Door operates 7 days a week and there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be willing to work a sustainable mix of weekday, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts. Due to the nature of this role, a full weekend availability is essential
  • Full-time, Part-time and casual roles
  • Experience preferred but not essential. Extensive training will be provided to the right applicant
  • WSET II, or similar qualification advantageous
