Key Responsibilities

Wine Club Management

  • Manage and grow Red Hill Estate's Wine Club program, engaging consistently with our members.

  • Coordinate all wine club releases throughout the year, including communication, packaging, and fulfilment with logistics partners.

  • Develop engaging email campaigns to drive membership, awareness and sales.

  • Maintain and grow our customer database (Shopify/Klaviyo) and ensure high-quality data and member experience.

  • Provide support at wine club, in-house and offsite events as required to share the Red Hill Estate story, ensuring messaging is both relevant and accurate.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging brand content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Build and execute a TikTok content strategy for our restaurant and onsite retail concept store, Zaza.

  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Assist in coordinating and executing photography and videography briefs to keep our content library up to date.

  • Engage with our online community, responding to enquiries and nurturing relationships.

  • Support e-commerce growth with compelling website and email marketing content.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on subscription and wine club growth, engagement and sales.

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Cellar Door & Restaurant and Kitchen teams to align messaging and experiences.

  • Assist with events, campaigns, partnership activations and daily site tasks when required.
