Your Role:

  • Call Potential Donors: Reach out to individuals to secure regular donations for charities dedicated to medical research
  • Build Genuine Connections: Engage in meaningful conversations, share compelling stories, and inspire ongoing support.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Leverage your sales expertise to consistently meet and exceed fundraising targets, directly contributing to the advancement of medical research.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous fundraising, telesales, or customer service experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms.
  • Motivated by KPI's: A strong drive to achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential.

Requirements:

  • Equipment: High-speed internet (NBN), computer with Windows 11, webcam, and USB headset, 8GB RAM. (Mac computers not suitable)
  • Workspace: A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Clearance: Current Australian police check.
  • Location: Must reside in Victoria or Queensland.
  • Work Authorisation: Must have current Australian work rights.
