The role is a **full time position** working Monday - Friday, with shifts between **7:45am-5:15pm**.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
- Contact centre shifts are rostered in both the Brookvale and Chatswood clinics.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Ability to perform shifts at the Chatswood clinic as needed.
