About the role

Opulence Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Bulimba, QLD. The role will see you managing a small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the successful day-to-day operations and exceptional client and tenant experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling all aspects of property leasing, including advertising vacant properties, conducting viewings, processing applications, and managing tenant relationships

  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties, coordinating tradespeople, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

  • Maintaining detailed property records and providing regular updates to owners

  • Resolving any tenant inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Property Manager in the residential property management sector
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both tenants and property owners
  • Demonstrated experience in aspects of property management, including leasing and maintenance
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • An understanding of relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulation.
  • Confident in using computer software and Microsoft Office.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
