Westlake Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd is a growing Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Wollongong, Nowra and Ulladulla working on a wide variety of Civil Engineering projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and public works sectors.

About the role

We are seeking Civil Engineers to join our teams in Wollongong. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team under the direction of Senior Engineers on design projects, modelling, reports, inspection work and documentation.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum level of MIEAust (3+ years post-graduate experience) and working toward CPEng status with Engineers Australia.
  • Higher salary packages may be available for exceptional candidates with more than the requisite experience.
  • Candidates should be extremely competent with software packages including AutoCAD, 12D and more.
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Good communication and rapport skills with clients.
  • Good written communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience with undertaking inspections and certifications.
  • Valid Australian Drivers License.
  • Experience with quoting and tendering on Engineering projects is favourable.
