  • Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
  • Remuneration package of $2,412.82 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $2,895.38 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

In This Role As Records Officer, You Will

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Capture and maintain both electronic and physical records.
  • Manage physical archives, ensuring timely and secure document storage.
  • Ensure compliance with record retention and destruction regulations.
  • Support and train staff in using our information management systems.

As The Successful Applicant, You Will Have The Following

  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Qualifications relevant to the role, e.g. Certificate II or III in Business Administration or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience relevant to the role, such as managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating office procedures to support efficient recordkeeping.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience with specific software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite. EDRMs (Electronic Document and Records Management System) knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
