We are currently looking for an experienced Payglobal Business Consultant to join our team based in Perth.

The list of responsibilities is intended to outline the primary duties of the role; however, other tasks may be required as the needs of the business evolve.

Key Responsibilities:


• Gather and analyse client requirements related to Payroll, HR, or Workforce Management processes or systems.


• Configure and customise software solutions based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.


• Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to validate functionality, identify bugs, and ensure compliance with client specifications.


• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical and functional issues encountered during implementation.


• Execute data migration tasks, including cleansing, mapping, and transferring data to newly implemented solutions.


• Guiding clients through the setup process and addressing any configuration challenges encountered during the deployment.


• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with client stakeholders to validate system functionality and gather feedback for refinement.


• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of end-users, ensuring proficient utilisation of implemented solutions.


• Offer on-site support during the initial rollout period, assisting users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and addressing any user-related concerns.


• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure alignment between implementation activities and overall project objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to meet milestones.


• Document processes, configurations, and any customisations made to the software for future reference and knowledge sharing.


• Proactively identify opportunities to optimise implementation workflows and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support throughout the implementation journey, demonstrating dedication to their success and satisfaction.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.


• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and solutions.
