The Opportunity

By joining our MYOB PayGlobal support team, you'll be part of this mission as a proactive problem solver. You'll provide timely, efficient, and accurate support for our customers and internal colleagues, ensuring seamless workforce management and payroll services.

The Role

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to support customers via phone & tickets, empowering them to manage their workforce and pay staff on time. We'll provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and assistance to help you excel in this role.

Some key aspects of the position include:

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Account Managers, Development Teams, Product Managers, Professional Services, and other Enterprise Solutions team members.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences by exceeding expectations in workforce management and payroll business requirements.

What We're Looking For

We seek an individual with experience/knowledge of payroll products and legislation, preferably MYOB PayGlobal. The ideal candidate should also possess expertise in workforce management practices, flexibility, prioritization, and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and be multi-skilled across various modules.

Additionally, you should be customer-obsessed, have a solid understanding of SaaS fundamentals, and experience supporting, implementing, and training SaaS-based products. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
