Technical Solutions Specialist

As the Application Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective IT solutions.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise applications to achieve strategic IT goals
- Monitor and action system upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery processes for high availability and business continuity
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in application support, vendor consulting, or IT consulting
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft technologies
- SQL Server, Reporting Services, and general reporting skills
- Exposure to Aged Care or NFP sectors and Epicor, LeeCare, Riskware, or PayGlobal products is advantageous
- Ability to learn new technologies and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organisation
