Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Manager

Lamb Weston Australia is on the lookout for knowledgeable Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Manager to join our team on a part time permanent basis, working approximately 30 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days per week. The main focus of the role will be our production facilities at Hallam North and Campbellfield. The role is strategic and hands on in nature. The majority of time will be spent on site at the Hallam North site. The role reports under a matrix structure to the Head of EHS International and to the Snr Regional Manager HR APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy development, leadership and culture change
- Compliance in Safety and Environment
- Training
- Incident investigation and management of actions
- Audits and risk assessment
- Safety Projects as identified in strategy planning
About You:
- Working knowledge of HSE and Sustainability Australian legal instruments
- Self-starter who shows initiative
- Team player with strong communication skills
