Location: Truganina, Melbourne (regional role - Melbourne)

Join a leading construction organisation committed to safety excellence and innovation. We're seeking a dynamic Health & Safety Manager to lead safety operations across multiple sites, drive continuous improvement, and foster a proactive safety culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor safety teams across diverse construction projects
  • Oversee health & safety systems, audits, and compliance programs
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed safety into planning and execution
  • Manage incident investigations and risk mitigation strategies
  • Champion digital tools and AI for reporting and system optimisation
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and governance

What You Bring:

  • 5–8 years' experience in construction safety leadership
  • Degree in OH&S, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Proven track record with ISO 45001 or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
