*We're Hiring: Health & Safety Manager – Construction*
Location: Truganina, Melbourne (regional role - Melbourne)
Join a leading construction organisation committed to safety excellence and innovation. We're seeking a dynamic Health & Safety Manager to lead safety operations across multiple sites, drive continuous improvement, and foster a proactive safety culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor safety teams across diverse construction projects
- Oversee health & safety systems, audits, and compliance programs
- Collaborate with project teams to embed safety into planning and execution
- Manage incident investigations and risk mitigation strategies
- Champion digital tools and AI for reporting and system optimisation
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and governance
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years' experience in construction safety leadership
- Degree in OH&S, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven track record with ISO 45001 or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
