[Job Summary]
Boman Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing and communication activities. This role is essential to enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting business development through content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the financial services industry.
[Responsibilities]
● Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including content development, email marketing, advertising, website updates, script writing, graphic production, and industry research.
● Produce engaging marketing materials such as articles, EDMs, flyers, and other promotional content.
● Support the creation of visual layouts and ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand standards.
● Conduct SEO keyword research and apply insights to optimize web and marketing content performance.
● Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns; take part in brainstorming sessions and idea development.
● Assist in organizing online and offline events, including webinars and seminars, by managing logistics, registration, and third-party coordination.
● Help maintain the CRM system, support data analysis efforts, and assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
● Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and content direction.
● Stay current on trends in financial services marketing and apply relevant insights to enhance initiatives.
[Qualifications & Requirements]
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or professional services.
● Solid skills in content writing, digital marketing, and campaign support.
● Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
