What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing a diverse range of dishes to our high standards using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients

  • Passionate about cooking and always looking to grow and develop your skills

  • Confident running your own section while maintain high standards in a busy, open kitchen.

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

  • Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff (for Chef de Partie positions)

  • Upholding all food safety and hygiene standards

  • Contributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar high-quality restaurant environment

  • Start within 2 weeks ( has to be in QLD to apply for the job )

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety

  • Creative flair and enthusiasm for developing new dishes

  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

  • A willingness to learn and work hard as part of a growing team
