About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior One Team Specialist to work within our People Division.
Reporting to the Head of One Team, you will support the implementation of our New National Operating Model and associated Organisational Design and Change Management initiatives.
You will play an integral role in supporting the people leads and working collaboratively with stakeholders to enable our organisational transformation.
Your Key Focus
- Provide HR partnering and specialist support to meet the needs of the One Team program
- Provide sound ER/ IR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring processes are compliant, industrially sound and handled with dignity and respect
- Contribute to the design and implementation of organisation changes to embed Scope's national operating model
- Contribute to capability-building initiatives related to organisational design, implementation and change management
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and People Leads to contribute to organisational transformation
- Support the creation of key documentation
What We Look For
- Demonstrated experience in People Partnering and capability to support large-scale organisational change and transformation programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
- Strong ability to adapt and work with ambiguity and resilience
- Demonstrated experience interpreting ad applying employment legislation, including Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Practical experience in organisational design would be beneficial
