Role Overview:
As our first in-house
Information Systems Specialist
, you'll bring your expertise to help shape the digital backbone of our fast-growing business.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead the development, integration and optimisation of our enterprise-wide systems and platforms. You'll drive data quality, security, automation and resilience, while building internal capability and positioning CC Pines for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy, development, and optimisation of enterprise-wide systems and platforms to support CC Pines' growth.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and licensing to maximise value and minimise risk.
- Drive system security, resilience and compliance, embedding the Essential 8 strategies to mitigate cyber threats.
- Champion data quality, automation, and integration across business platforms to enable accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Provide expert advice and transparent reporting to the Senior Leadership Team on platform health, roadmap progress, budget utilisation and emerging technology opportunities.
- Build internal capability and uplift digital literacy across the business.
Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience leading system strategy, technical delivery, and platform implementation in a growing business.
- Strong technical acumen across system architecture, data platforms, and secure integrations.
- Understanding of the Essential 8 cyber security framework and a proactive approach to safeguarding business operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly regarded.
