About the CentreOur beautiful six rooms offers outstanding design features and engaging environments in which children can learn as well as spaces to relax, recharge and research, you will love being part of this spectacular environment. The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, inspiring Inclusion Support Educator who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning.
We are looking for someone who has had experience working across all age groups and environments and can provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to our families and children. In this role you will help support Educators within the room to adapt an inclusive environment for all children. You will help further support children with additional needs and ensure their needs are being met.
We are looking for someone who 'thinks outside the box' and honours individuality and creativity.
The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth. You will have a clear understanding of Child safe practices and you will commit to building a stronger, safer culture for children as our company aligns with the 10 Queensland Child Safe Standards. Here at Happy Hearts, educators work alongside another educator, regardless of ratio.
