At Happy Hearts, our priority and focus are our children, families and educators. We have created a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment that allows children to begin their journey of self-discovery. We help to guide their confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence.

We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centres and offering the best to our families.

About the Centre

Our beautiful six rooms offers outstanding design features and engaging environments in which children can learn as well as spaces to relax, recharge and research, you will love being part of this spectacular environment. We pride ourselves on engaging resources and amazing set ups of the play spaces.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, inspiring Diploma Educators who are passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning.

We are looking for someone who has had experience working across all age groups and environments and can provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to our families and children.

We are looking for someone who 'thinks outside the box' and honours individuality and creativity.  The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth.

You will have a clear understanding of Child safe practices and you will commit to building a stronger, safer culture for children as our company aligns with the 10 Queensland Child Safe Standards. We're a service that believes in your wellbeing and safety, as much as that of our children. With a no-educator alone approach, and no under-the roof ratios we're protecting everyone in our building as a priority.

At Happy Hearts, we value our Educators wellbeing and have created an initiative to support this. All of our Educators have access to our Wellbeing Program which offers the following;

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

• A Growth Mindset,
• A love of learning,
• Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
• Suitable qualifications for the role,
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
• Obtaining a Cert III or Diploma is required

Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
