We are currently looking for an experienced Director - Client Partner to join our team. As a Director - Client Partner, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management - Responsible to manage the following aspects of our APAC business
  • Delivery
  • Oversee end to end delivery and quality of projects assigned
  • Lead Delivery Governance (Regular reviews, status meetings etc)
  • Resource and capacity management
  • Culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement
  • Managing risks across portfolios
  • Project Commercials
  • Oversee and manage overall budgets of portfolio
  • Financial KPIs - Margin growth and continuous improvement with optimisations [Maintain (or exceed) DAM with respect to SAM]
  • Manage Forecast, Invoice, Change Orders and risks
  • Stakeholder
  • Define and monitor Stakeholder engagement plan
  • Oversee all stakeholder communication
  • Regular touchbase and connects to build trust and credibility
  • Maintain internal review scores and CSAT
  • Client Management
  • Maintain Regular client visit and business reviews
  • Monitor Client KPIs closely to meet or exceed expectations
  • Growth
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting team at regular intervals for growth across departments
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts within portfolio
  • Manage commercials, Bid sheet, SOW and renewals
  • Work with sales and consulting team to assist in estimations, resourcing and delivery overview sections for RFPs and pre-sales

Required Skills:

  • Overall 15+ years of work experience
  • 4+ years of delivery and consulting experience in digital technology space
  • 4+ years of account mining in Professional services
  • Ability to partner with CXO/CIO of global companies and engage customers on Digital and Cloud conversations
  • Passionate on solving customer problems working together with diverse teams
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Managers and Practice leads
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to manage client needs and troubled engagements
