Eco Air Conditioning Group – Gold Coast

Are you a skilled, motivated and customer-focused Air Conditioning Technician looking for a role with variety and balance? Eco Air Conditioning Group, based in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast, is expanding and we're on the lookout for a qualified installer to join our growing team. We're open to full-time, part-time or subcontractor arrangements.

About you:

We're not after a "run of the mill" technician — we want someone who genuinely enjoys their work and takes pride in doing it well. You'll thrive in a team environment, show initiative, and be eager to take on new challenges. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to delivering great service and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

The tasks you will be performing, but not limited to:

  • Commercial and Domestic air conditioning new and replacement installations
  • Following plans and specifications
  • Training and mentoring apprentices, whilst fostering their skill development.
  • Assisting with quoting by obtaining all relevant information required
  • Completing job notes on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining industry knowledge, monitoring market developments and keeping up-to-date with the latest changes and advances in HVAC.
  • Complying with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures

Qualifications and Licences required:

·       Hold all trade qualifications as a Refrigeration Mechanic

·       Class C unrestricted drivers' licence.

·       Elevated platform and confined space clearances (ideally)

·       Current first aid certificate
