We're working with a well-established and exciting organisation in the hospitality industry to find an experienced HR Advisor for a 10-month contract. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

The Business
This organisation operates across multiple sites and supports a large, diverse workforce. Known for its strong team culture and fast-paced environment, the business plays a key role in Sydney's social and community landscape.

The Role
Working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and generalist HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day advice on employee relations and workplace matters
  • Interpret industrial awards and ensure compliance with workplace legislation
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Support leaders on performance management and people-related queries
  • Contribute to team projects and process improvements

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational or multi-site environment
  • You're confident handling employee relations and interpreting awards
  • You enjoy working at pace and thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
  • You're personable, down-to-earth, and build trust easily with others
  • You're comfortable supporting frontline leaders and answering day-to-day HR queries
  • You like being part of a social, collaborative team and bringing positive energy to your work
  • You're organised, responsive, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease
