**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition professional to join our TA team who are ultimately responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all store, Warehouse and Support Office locations

Reporting the General Manager - People & Culture, you will join the P&C team on a full time basis with the flexibility to work part of your week from home and part from our newly renovated office in Collins Street.

**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:

- Write and post creative job advertisements aimed at attracting exceptional recruits;
- Manage end to end recruitment process from initial CV screen through to verbal offer;
- Liaise with beauty brands in the recruitment of Beauty Advisors for their beauty house;
- Development and management of a sourcing strategy with Hiring Managers;
- Where external agencies are used, negotiate mutually agreeable rates and terms & conditions;
- Prepare and collate assessment packs for group and/or individual interviews as required;
- Support the General Manager - HR in the implementation of new TA initiatives;
- Submit regular reports on staff turnover and other key labour statistics to the General Manager - HR;
- Contribute to establishing best practice recruitment processes and ensure management compliance of these processes;
- Conduct training for all hiring managers and supervisors in interview techniques, recruitment processed and the completion of recruitment related documentation;
- Work with Hiring Managers to ensure resourcing requirements are correctly and thoroughly captured and role specific requirements are clearly stated in job descriptions;
**WHO ARE YOU?**

**_ Essential_**
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist, working on end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Proven ability to work with Hiring Managers to:

- Capture key requirements of a role and complete a thorough Job Description
- Formulate behavioural and technical interview questions directly relevant to the role
- Proven success in coaching management on recruitment processes and interview techniques
- Solid administrative skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
