What You Will Be Doing

International E-Commerce Expansion

  • Lead integration of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Cin7)
  • Manage localised US/EU storefronts - pricing, currency, compliance, logistics
  • Ensure seamless cross-border operations - order management, shipping, returns
  • Drive international marketing content and campaigns

Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports
  • Monitor cashflow, margins and cost control measures
  • Contribute to business strategy for domestic and international growth

Operations & Manufacturing Excellence

  • Support Head Product Designer moving products from concept to production
  • Work closely with Procurement & Product Manager on production, quality, inventory
  • Maintain oversight of key supplier relationships ensuring Australian-made standards
  • Resolve manufacturing and supply chain challenges requiring strategic input

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Contribute to and deliver annual marketing plan (print, digital, social, events)
  • Oversee product launch activities ensuring brand voice and ROI
  • Guide customer experience team in outstanding service and warranty support

You're Perfect If You Have

  • Proven leadership in manufacturing, outdoor or related sectors
  • WooCommerce experience essential (Cin7 desirable)
  • Strong skills in finance, operations, HR and marketing
  • Project management, supply chain or international trade background preferred
  • Passion for outdoor adventure, cycling or active lifestyles highly regarded
