The Railyard Wangaratta is once again proving it's growth as a diverse multipurpose venue in Wangaratta. Off the main street, our venue holds a reputable name for brunch, woodfired pizzas and an evolving evening trade expanding into our sun filled courtyard.

Moving into the Summer months and beyond we're excited to be hosting a number of events and private functions for our local community. While keeping our daily operations within our restaurant.

We are seeking vibrant outgoing individuals who will join our team with the right applicant full time hours. We're looking for those with a love of customer service, food and all types of beverages. You've got banter to keep the team motivated.

Experience:

  • Must have minimum 2 years of proven experience in a busy cafe/ restaurant
  • Barista knowledge and experience a bonus
  • Knowledge of Square POS is a bonus however not essential
  • RSA
  • Wine knowledge a bonus

Role Includes:

  • Oversee all front-of-house guest experiences
  • Managing day to day tasks of the business
  • Direct customer service
  • Managing rosters
  • Stocktake and ordering alongside business owner
  • Managing staff
  • Managing spaces of venue for day service

Hours:

Flexible roster can be negotiated, although commitment Wednesday - Sunday is required on majority weeks to keep consistency. Weekends are our busiest days and requires knowledge and capability of a manager.
