Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives in
    technology environments, infrastructure, and application development
    within complex ecosystems.
  • Collaborate effectively across diverse teams, personalities, and departments to achieve business outcomes.
  • Present structured thinking and influence stakeholders with
    excellent written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Actively contribute through
    hands-on coding
    , with proficiency in at least one modern programming language and relevant frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and optimize
    CI/CD pipelines
    to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
  • Apply
    DevOps methodologies
    to foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Work with
    Public Cloud platforms
    , with expertise in cloud-native architectures and best practices.
  • Design and enforce effective
    standards, processes, and tools
    that improve productivity and consistency.
  • Apply a
    deep understanding of SDLC
    , leveraging Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
  • Drive
    quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
    within the technology organization.
  • Ensure compliance in
    highly regulated environments
    , managing risk, compliance, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Technical Lead
    in software development or testing environments.
  • Strong coding background with exposure to modern programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms
    .
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as
    banking or financial services
    is preferred.
