The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-focused sales professional to take Genneral Staircase to new heights in the residential builder market across NSW.

This newly created role is your opportunity to own the strategy, drive market expansion, and be the face of our brand. You'll introduce our premium products to new clients, educate the market, and build long-term partnerships with leading residential builders.

You'll be backed by a strong and experienced internal team, from installation and customer service to administration and technical support, allowing you to focus on building connections and winning business.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and convert new opportunities with residential builders across NSW.

  • Promote our custom product range and elevate Genneral's market presence.

  • Act as the go-to expert for clients, offering tailored advice and product education.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional service.

  • Shape and execute business development strategies that deliver real results.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within construction, trades, or building materials.

  • Confidence and charisma, you know how to build rapport and close deals.

  • Strategic thinking and a passion for driving growth.

  • Motivation to succeed in a high-impact, high-autonomy role.

  • Understanding of the residential building industry (highly regarded).
