Terra Drilling are seeking Diamond Drillers and Experienced Offsiders to join our team.

Our positions offer an excellent opportunity to escape the city and experience the Australian Outback whilst earning excellent hourly rates including daily metre bonuses You will be trained to a high quality and will work closely with our highly experienced Drillers and Supervisors for learning and potential progression towards certificates in drilling modules. Our 4:2 roster gives you plenty of time with family and friends when on break.

To be Considered for these positions, you must:

  • hold a valid Heavy Rigid Driver's license or at minimum be obtaining

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or able to obtain)

  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months old)

  • Manual labouring experience and be physically fit to cope with the demands of the position.

  • Have an understanding of the role and be willing to live in remote exploration environments.

  • Work a continuous shift roster of day and nights on varying rosters

  • Ability to work in a small team environment

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and initiative

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills as you must be able to think on your feet

  • Be willing to put in the hard yards in the training to show you are dedicated to becoming a Driller

  • Drillers must hold Cert III in Drilling Operations

All candidates must also have the ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol screening.
