Deep Drilling Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced longhole driller to join our underground crew. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for drilling accurate longholes to design specifications using mechanized gear.

Responsibilities:

  • Drilling precise longholes to design specifications using mechanized gear.
  • Reading and following mine plans with precision.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting Longhole Drill rigs.
  • Conducting thorough pre-starts and ensuring all gear is safe and ready for operation.
  • Collaborating with Shift Boss and previous crew members to ensure a smooth work area.

About You

  • At least 3 years of underground experience, with 12+ months on SANDVIK Production Longhole Drills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work every time.
  • A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment.
  • A focus on safety, adhering to protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Ability to work a 7:7 roster with 12-hour day and night shifts.
  • Possession of a current "C" Class manual driver's licence.
