Position: Underground Driller's Offsider

Location: Western Australia

Roster: 2:2

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + super + bonuses

Start Date: ASAP


About the Role

As a Driller's Offsider, you'll be working underground in tough but rewarding conditions, supporting the driller in daily operations. Your role is essential to the safe and efficient operation of the drill rig.

Duties include:
  • Assisting with the setup, operation, and maintenance of underground drilling equipment
  • Handling and transporting drill rods and equipment
  • Manual handling and physical labour
  • Cleaning and servicing machinery
  • Following strict safety procedures and protocols
  • Supporting the driller with operational tasks underground

To be successful, you'll need:
  • A strong level of physical fitness – this is a physically demanding job
  • Manual driver's licence (HR or above highly regarded)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience in mining, labouring, or heavy industry preferred – but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
