About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our Program Support Officer. This is a full-time, fixed-term to October 2026 opportunity based at our CBD Campus. The salary for this role is PACCT 3.1, $59,597 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). This position reports directly to the Manager - Short Courses and Languages Centre of Excellence, and sits within the Short Courses area of the Strategic Engagement division.

What you'll do:

  • Provide support to all program areas within Short Course Operations to ensure successful delivery of courses.
  • Provide timely and quality customer service
  • Provide effective administration support
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships

  • Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance

Qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant qualification in administration, customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred
  • Strong administration experience in a service-oriented environment

  • Ability to respond to clients' needs, keeping the client up-to-date with issues and developments

  • High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders

  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications for a range of tasks including but not limited to, generating letters, reports, and database management
