. You'll represent some of Australia's most recognised brands across both alcohol and non-alcohol categories — driving sales performance, in-store execution, and customer relationships that bring the Asahi experience to life.

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, achieving results, and representing a market-leading multi-beverage business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver sales, volume, and distribution targets across your territory.
  • Execute promotional and trade plans, ensuring compliance and visibility in-store.
  • Build strong relationships with retail customers, driving brand loyalty and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand range, space, and share of shelf.
  • Conduct business reviews to analyse performance, identify gaps, and optimise results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute the "One Asahi" strategy.

About You

  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confident using sales data and insights to influence outcomes.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
  • A full, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across your local territory.
