We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital & E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our clients online business, contact centre, and digital operations. This key leadership role is responsible for driving online sales, enhancing the client experience, and managing key operational functions including inventory, fulfilment, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall e-commerce performance to achieve sales targets
  • Lead merchandising strategy, product uploads, and inventory management via 3PL
  • Oversee seamless site updates, product launches, and catalogue accuracy
  • Analyse customer behaviour and data to optimise the online experience and conversion
  • Manage all client communication channels, ensuring premium service delivery
  • Support retail integration through omnichannel services and drive-to-store initiatives
  • Own and manage P&L, budgeting, sales forecasting, and system reconciliations
  • Collaborate on strategic projects, including Corporate Sales growth opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across operations, e-merchandising, and client contact
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, frameworks, and uphold luxury service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management within luxury or premium retail
  • Strong analytical skills
