The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a
Business Development Manager
role, covering
Victoria and Tasmania
. You'll take ownership of building relationships, securing projects, and driving sales across the commercial construction sector. Acting as the face of the business, you'll partner with clients to deliver premium aluminium-based building solutions that shape high-profile projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across VIC/TAS, securing projects and long-term client partnerships.
  • Promote innovative
    industrial aluminium products
    to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted technical partner.
  • Grow market presence by opening new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities, building visibility and brand presence in the region.
  • Manage your pipeline through the company CRM, ensuring effective follow-ups and reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the
    construction or building materials sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium or steel products
  • Existing networks with clients across VIC/TAS highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and strategic, with the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
  • Full driver's licence required.
