The Role:

Are you passionate about data accuracy, customer service, and building strong partnerships? Join our Network Development Team as a Network Compliance Coordinator

In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of visit data shared between facilities, members, and Fitness Passport, helping deliver fair outcomes for all stakeholders. You'll work closely with facility partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to optimise data processes, support compliance, and drive improvements in our network operations space.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct proactive and reactive monthly reviews and audits of facility visitations, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
  • Communicate with members and facility staff to confirm visit data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide first-class customer service to facility suppliers, strengthening relationships and exemplifying our core values: collaboration, growth, respect, integrity, and wellbeing.
  • Maintain positive supplier/channel relationships with facility providers at an operational level to ensure ongoing high availability of a quality product offering and visitation records
  • Assist with member audits to ensure members are eligible as per member terms and conditions and are not using facilities when invalid
  • Identify, document, and improve key processes for internal staff and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records in relevant systems, track audit outcomes, and deliver timely reports.
  • Assess risks related to visit capture and audit outcomes.

About You:

  • Strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM databases, MS Office Suite, and Adobe is highly desirable.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience or knowledge of the fitness industry and/or membership-based organisations is a plus.
