About Us

Our people make a real difference in the world every day.
The role
In this pivotal role, you will be working across all our key sites (Lilyfield, Pyrmont, Randwick and Camellia Depots), whilst building strong working relationships with councils, utility providers, developers, and the regulators.
The Interface & Network Closure Coordinator is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and management of interface activities and network closures (shutdowns) across the Sydney Light Rail network and assisting with Parramatta Light Rail network closures.
The role ensures effective stakeholder engagement, minimises operational impacts, and delivers safe, efficient, and compliant shutdowns while maintaining strong relationships with third parties, contractors, and internal teams.
What you bring
With a proven track record in network closures / shutdowns or interface coordination, you will possess the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven business whilst maintaining compliance, quality of responses and attention to detail. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to engage and build effective working relationships both internally and externally with a focus on stakeholder engagement. This role will see you work both independently and contribute as part of a broader team.
The benefits for you
In return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback. We genuinely invest in our people and the work you carry out at Transdev touches the lives of your family, friends and future generations alike.
