systemic integration of sustainability into policy, strategy and operations.
Context statement
This role is part of a small, solution-oriented team focussed on facilitating the transition of NT Health to a more environmentally sustainable

4. Facilitate the co-design and formalised implementation of sustainability governance across the organisation.
5. Facilitate or coordinate education and training sessions for the NT Health workforce to build climate literacy, sustainability in quality
improvement and innovation skills.
- Initiate meaningful, timely and action-oriented engagement with the NT Sustainable Healthcare Network including creating
opportunities for Network members to connect with each other to accelerate sustainability action and aligning opportunities for staff
with organisational goals.
- Design and update an NT Health sustainability intranet page (internal) and public facing website to support the goals of the Strategy.
- Provide leadership and timely high level direct expert advice and reports to leaders and others on sustainability initiatives and
priorities.

opportunities to introduce and embed sustainability-focused initiatives, and incorporate best practice healthcare sustainability into NT
Health.
