Blackstone's Future Leaders Program is a two-day experience designed to give participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive informational seminars, networking, and skill building sessions.

Program participants will have the opportunity to interact and network with business and recruiting professionals in addition to members of our Employee Resource Groups to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our summer program opportunities.

Blackstone's Future Leaders Program is open to students graduating in September 2027 – June 2028, who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the 2026 Blackstone APAC Future Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Anticipated graduation date: September 2027 – June 2028
• Available to attend the full program virtually on February 5 & hours) Thursday morning Hong Kong Time zone/ Wednesday evening ET
• Bilingual in English with either one Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese or Korean)

• Selected participants will be notified before the event date
