About the OpportunityResponsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of project plans aligned with ASC's strategic objectives.
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for Early Careers Program. Ensure alignment with program goals and key stakeholders.
  • Manage scopes of work and ensure delivery aligns with contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, analyse variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective delivery of the Early Careers Program.
  • Update and Maintain project documentation in accordance with contract and customer requirements.
About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination within complex environments.
  • Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management practices.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
