**Recruitment Team**

Our Recruitment Team performs some of our most important work; the sourcing of skilled trades and labour is critical to the ongoing success of the business.

We are a high paced team who align closely with our line managers to understand the business needs to enable efficient and quality delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator - Resourcing**.

Our Blue-Collar Recruitment team are championed to facilitate the expansion of an experienced workforce across the business through identifying and on boarding of great people.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment Team
- Assist with pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders, collating tickets.
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed.

**Your Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- A proactive go getter: a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, energetic workplace, responding to competing demands for time and resources.
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities.
- Strong time management and organisation skills to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
