We're expanding our Sydney team and are looking for a passionate, people-focused Solar Design Consultant to help homeowners unlock the benefits of solar. What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling required.

  • Utilize state-of-the-art design tools such as Pylon, OpenSolar, and Nearmaps to develop efficient and compliant solar systems. Tailor design proposals to individual customers, providing precise bill estimates and highlighting potential savings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and customizing solutions according to specific needs.

  • Keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies to ensure our customers receive the highest quality solar solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in solar system design, with proficiency in Pylon, OpenSolar, or Nearmaps being advantageous.

  • A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to helping customers transition to solar while meeting sales targets.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
