What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Lead and supervise land management operations across designated Defence estates.
  • Coordinate vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, and pest management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards.
  • Manage contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Support planning and reporting functions related to land upkeep.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage contractors and deliver outcomes within budget and timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
